M-I SWACO provides a uniquely engineered FLUIDS PROCESSING SYSTEM (FPS) as a fully integrated and complete solids-control solution. The FPS combines all solids control technologies from shakers to centrifuges to D-GASSER units in a single skid-mounted unit. Unlike systems that rely on equipment from others, the FPS offers a suite of field-proven technologies functioning as a single unit.
Complementing the FPS is M-I SWACO Mud Mixing technologies that are customized for the parameters and drilling objectives of the specific well. Regardless the rig size or project complexity, we will engineer, fabricate and commission a mud-mixing system matched specifically to your operation. We offer either a single educator unit or a fully automated mud mixing network for both drilling and completion fluids.
The RHE-USE process is a patent-pending technology that allows operators to reuse invert emulsion drilling fluids over multiple wells without relying on reclamation through high rates of dilution. The process treats oil-base drilling fluid, reducing solids below 1% while drilling.
