Integrate core-to-log data in your saturation-height workflow using set of solutions for saturation-height modeling in both the log and core domains.
The Saturation-Height Modeling module provides core-to-log integration via the following workflow:
Model application
Capillary pressure models can be easily saved, and direct graphical and quantitative comparisons made against log derived results. Models can be optimized to fully reconcile log and core data using an integrated solver.
Model design
There are four common functions available within the SHM module: Brooks-Corey, Lambda, Thomeer, and Leverett-J function. Each functional solution has three coefficients. The coefficient values can be automatically correlated against formation properties—such as φ, sqrt(K/φ), and K—using different fit criteria (linear, logarithmic, exponential, power, and average). The coefficients can be set to be functions of the formation parameters or to be constants, and instant comparison against “standard” models can be made for rock typing.
