Easily deployed for reducing friction and centralizing tools

The fluted slip-over roller centralizer of Peak Family™ flow control and well intervention tools provides an option to reduce friction and centralize Peak Family tools and any third-party wireline cutter or drop bar. It can be deployed easily without the need to pass the tool over the rope socket or cable head when wire is stuck in the hole.

Highly compatible with any tools

The Peak Family fluted slip-over roller centralizer has minimal components and suits all Peak Family tools and third-party wireline cutters and drop bars.

  • Fluted design for efficient fluid bypass
  • Integral rollers for reduced contact against tubing wall
  • Rollers in American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) 4140 alloy steel, 316 stainless steel, Nylatron® thermoplastic, or as specified by customer

Available in many sizes and materials for a wide operating range

In addition to compatibility with all Peak Family tools, the fluted slip-over roller centralizer is adaptable to any wireline cutter or drop bar and comes in a range of sizes to suit the well geometry.

It features a dual-securing system consisting of large grub screws designed to locate into grooves in the drop bar or cutter and a lateral clamping mechanism to ensure the centralizer is firmly secured.

The integral rollers reduce the contact area of the centralizer against the tubing wall, enabling deployment in high-angle, deviated wellbores. The rollers are interchangeable and available in different materials, increasing the operating range of the fluted slip-over roller centralizer and providing the customer with effective options in all wellbores.

The fluted body of the roller sub ensures that there is sufficient bypass when dropped in fluid.
