Our intelligent flowback system enables both remote control and accurate measurement of well flow during flowback and well testing, helping you optimize performance while keeping personnel out of hazardous zones. You can choose from three methods of control.

  • Remote control: Remote adjustments executed via an edge user interface
  • Automated control: Automatic choke adjustment based on a predetermined schedule loaded into the software during programming
  • Closed loop control: Automatic choke adjustment to maintain a preset liquid or gas flow rate based on feedback from a Vx Spectra™ surface multiphase flowmeter measuring the rate of well flow.

The heart of the system is a remotely operated choke skid, which controls the CAM20-FB or CAM30-FB multitrim flowback choke. Skid components can be easily incorporated into your existing choke manifold by simply removing the manually operated choke and replacing it with the remote-controlled technology.

Take flowback management to the next level by using digital metering to make informed adjustments to the automated choke skid and streamline report compilation. A data acquisition skid commingles data from connected intelligent and monitoring equipment across the entire pad—such as a digitally enabled three-phase separator, wireless pressure and temperature transducers, and Vx Spectra flowmeter—enabling you to make flow control decisions based on real-time data.
