G-SEAL HRG and G-SEAL HRG FINE
High-resiliency graphite bridging agents
Enhanced bridging and sealing of fractured and depleted formations.
Sized graphite bridging agent
G-Seal™ sized graphite bridging agent is a coarse-sized plugging agent that is chemically inert and thermally stable. It lowers the potential for lost circulation and reduces torque and drag in many drilling applications.
When drilling depleted zones are exposed to high differential pressures, the bridging and plugging capabilities of G-Seal agent can reduce the potential for stuck pipe. G-Seal agent is chemically inert and thermally stable and will not affect rheological properties when used at recommended concentrations. It lowers the potential for lost circulation and reduces torque and drag in many drilling applications.
G-Seal agent is used in water-, oil- or synthetic-based drilling fluids to bridge and seal permeable and fractured formations. G-Seal agent can be used in any type of drilling fluid to bridge and seal permeable and fractured formations, thus controlling lost circulation and reducing the possibility of differential sticking. G-Seal agent decreases the coefficient of friction (COF) of drilling fluids.
