By strategically positioning cutters with variable curvature along the bottom hole pattern, the wake created by the leading cutters optimizes cutting efficiency.
This passive engagement method operates without any moving parts, relying solely on the three-dimensional sweep resulting from shearing rock removal. The bit's body and blade shape offer hydraulic advantages that enhance bit cleaning and cutter cooling in response to cutter loading.
