HOUSTON August 29, 2022—Schlumberger partners with TGS, CGG and PGS to feature Schlumberger Multiclient data on the Versal unified seismic data ecosystem. Customers can now seamlessly view data from all participating seismic multiclient vendors using Versal’s intuitive, user-friendly online interface that simplifies access to standardized global Multiclient data.

Schlumberger Multiclient data library is one of the largest in the world, with high-density surveys across a wide range of basins in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and Australia. The Schlumberger Multiclient library is constantly evolving and growing with newly acquired and reprocessed 2D and 3D seismic data using innovative survey designs and advanced imaging technologies. Through the partnership, the Schlumberger Multiclient library can be viewed on Versal, empowering customers to make informed decisions regarding regions of interest and future bid rounds.

Versal is a self-service cloud-based browser-driven experience where customers can easily and quickly view seismic data online and request instant entitlement access from an online secure data lake.

Developed as a vendor-neutral, single-point access online platform, with Schlumberger’s participation, Versal now provides customers access to the top four vendors’ data libraries, the vast majority of the global seismic Multiclient data market, all with a single browser log-in.
