SLB delivers production management and leak detection solution for challenging North Sea development

Aker BP and its alliance partners Aker Solutions and Siemens Energy, jointly called Fixed Facility Alliance (FFA), have selected the Olga Online™ production management system from SLB to deliver production management workflows for the Yggdrasil field. The field is a major offshore oil and gas development project operating in challenging technical and regulatory environments in the North Sea, Norway.

Yggdrasil is SLB’s first project with Aker BP, where Olga Oline system with its capabilities to support early pipeline leak detection, accurate virtual flow metering, pipeline integrity and liquid management workflows in such environments will be deployed.

SLB is committed to contributing towards AkerBP’s goals to achieve production, performance, and sustainability by providing solutions that enable advisory and insights on the field’s combined multiphase and single-phase production and injection network. Production is expected to begin in 2027.
