The energy industry is facing a number of challenges in a post COVID-19 world. As the industry has shifted to ensure the health and safety of its workforce, there are a number of other focus areas that must be addressed by organizations, including diversity and inclusion and environmental sustainability and energy transition.

Rennick recently met with Drilling Contractor magazine to share his thoughts on these topics, and how he believes the pandemic has provided an opportunity for the industry to embrace new ways of working.
