For more than 100 years, Cameron has been leading the industry in pressure control innovation and performance. But you can Count on Cameron as not just an OEM that designs and manufactures the most reliable and durable frac equipment. We are also committed to providing 24/7 field service across all major North American basins. Our highly skilled technicians maintain your rental equipment in peak condition, from the time of installation through disassembly and removal.
And when your frac job is done, ours is just starting at our service facilities. Experienced personnel conduct comprehensive aftermarket service to ensure the continued dependable performance of the Cameron frac equipment you rely on, the next time and every time.
Each component goes through an extensive service regimen that is documented for transparent traceability, starting with a check for NORM and full visual and dimensional inspection. Nondestructive and pressure tests are conducted as necessary. The resulting workorder drives subsequent maintenance, repair, and replacement activities.
Equipment is then disassembled and all parts cleaned and dimensionally reinspected before reassembly. Any needed replacement elements come from the facility’s self-sufficient warehouse, with no third-party parts. The final steps are greasing and painting, fully restoring the equipment to an as-new condition.
Maintenance of MonoFlex dual-connection fracturing fluid delivery technology is just as rigorous, beginning with inspection that includes running a camera through the bore to ensure its integrity and guide service activities.
These stringent procedures, in combination with our comprehensive field service and unique designs, are why Cameron frac valves and MonoFlex delivery technology are the industry’s most reliable.
Solid foundations. Forward focus. That’s how Cameron helps you meet your goals to perform at maximum capacity, day in and day out.
