Along with the cable technology innovation, our manufacturing processes have also evolved. We have many patented manufacturing processes, including the fiber optics assembly process, gas-blocking cores, and polymer-locking armor wires.

We do everything in-house, so we own and monitor the entire process to ensure high quality and reliability—from the conductor insulation and cabling process, jacketing polymer extrusion, and embedding armor wires to adding smooth cable jackets. We also perform rigorous verification and validation of each cable.

We have invested not only into state-of-the-art equipment but also went through a digital transformation. We equipped our manufacturing plant with digital hardware enablers that provide contextualized manufacturing data and enhanced quality traceability. We are continuously working to improve our manufacturing technologies with more automated processes to enable faster and consistent cable production.
