Unveiling the Most Energy-Efficient ESPCP for Any API Gravity
New innovative ESPCP system lifts low flow rate production of any API gravity more reliably and sustainably

Mature wells are usually produced using a rod lift system, and whether your primary challenge for producing lower flow rate wells with that method is rod and tubing failures, solids and gas lock, or maintenance and workovers because of the high rate of failure, there's an innovative new ESPCP lift option to employ that also extends your operational range. This new electric submersible progressive cavity pump system gives operators a more efficient and reliable alternative to rod lift systems for the lower production rates of mature wells in addition to a wider operational range for optimizing production, including light API gravity oils, aromatic content up to 14%, high gas and solids content, and at temperatures up to 250 degF. And the high efficiency of both the ESPCP system’s innovative pump redesign and high-performance permanent magnet motor (PMM) lowers energy consumption by up to 55% to also reduce related CO2 emissions.
