High-temperature ESP monitoring system
Optimize system performance with real-time monitoring and measurements for high-temperature and harsh environments.
Production life cycle management service
Minimize downtime, maximize production, and reduce total operating cost with continuous monitoring and surveillance using the Lift IQ production life cycle management service. Designed for multiple environments—including offshore wells, large brownfields, unconventional conditions, high-gas wells, and high-viscosity oil wells—you can tailor the service to meet your needs, from operations in a single well to an entire field.
Our experienced surveillance engineers monitor alarms and alerts 24/7/365 at one of many Schlumberger Artificial Lift Surveillance Centers (ALSCs). From motor temperature to continuous flow, ALSC engineers use data collected from the wellsite to prevent or mitigate adverse events, diagnose probable causes, and—within minutes—recommend remediation options for rapid implementation. Data are transferred via satellite or cellular connection to and from remote locations, hostile environments, and sites with limited or no data acquisition capabilities.
Enable simple, flexible, and secure access to real-time data from remote wellsites with the SCB3 site communication box. The SCB3 enables data buffering to overcome most communication outages without data loss. The high-speed BGAN satellite network transmits data to Schlumberger servers, allowing web-based viewing and data extraction as required.

It provides real-time analytics and optimization with four convenient levels of coverage. From operations in a single well to an entire field, the Lift IQ service taps into the renowned engineering, manufacturing, and surveillance expertise of Schlumberger with access to service centers 24/7 and convenient locations across the globe.
Recommendations are relayed directly to field personnel, who review them via text-messages, e-mail, or a user-friendly Web application. Critical events requiring immediate action to prevent equipment failure are also communicated by phone.
Permian Basin operator also improves well uptime from 85% to 96% in a gassy unconventional well with extremely unstable inflow.
