BluePack Ultra RH-MP™ ultrahigh-pressure retrievable hydraulic-set, multiport production packers isolate fluids and pressure in wells with intelligent completions, which rely on hydraulic and electric lines for data transmission and control. These packers are available with application-specific configurations for up to seven feedthrough ports. They maximize reliability in the challenging conditions encountered in deepset and deepwater completions.

Benefits

Maximize reliability and reduce risk

BluePack Ultra RH-MP packers are installed with the completion tubing and set hydraulically by pressuring up the tubing, using any plugging device below the packer. For applications without plugs, an optional hydrostatic setting module can be added below the packer. The module requires no hydraulic lines and includes antipreset features. Both options eliminate tubing movement during packer installation, which improves sealing reliability. Absence of mandrel movement means that you can set multiple packers at the same time.

The packer's cut-to-release (CTR) function maximizes its operating envelope and minimizes risk of casing damage from milling operations associated with permanent packers.

Each size of the BluePack Ultra RH-MP packer is individually validated to API Spec 11D1 V0 and ISO 14310 to ensure maximum reliability under challenging conditions.

You can select the packer that’s best suited for your well environment while configuring certain components and subassemblies of the packer based on the specific requirements or challenges of the well. For example, you might customize the elastomer based on the chemical properties of the fluids that will be in the well.
