Product Sheet CN CBS-965 Electric Batch Mixer Skid
Blend and recirculate cement slurry with two 50-bbl blending tanks, suitable for offshore use.
Minimize job time with increased mixing rate capabilities
The CPS 361 cement pumping skid provides high-pressure pumping services, delivering up to 500 hhp. The advanced cement control (ACC) data acquisition and monitoring system enables precise control of slurry density. A split skid with bulkhead, the system has two 340-bhp electronic diesel engines and can be supplied with a marine cooling kit. It features a pressurized packing lubrication system and a full selection of fluid ends.
The CPS 636 cement pumping skid delivers high-pressure pumping services (up to 1,000 hhp) for offshore operations. Its split-skid design with bulkhead enables installation of a sound reduction wall. The skid is equipped with the ACC data acquisition and monitoring system, which enables precise control of slurry density.
The CPS 665 cement pumping skid was designed for offshore high-pressure pumping services, delivering up to 1,400 hhp. Two 860-horsepower Caterpillar diesel engines power the unit. A remote radiator package is standard. The skid's split design with bulkhead enables installation of a soundproof wall.
Performance expectations are extreme for cementing units onboard ultradeepwater drillships and semisubmersibles. Maximum cement mixing rates and downhole pump rates are critical to improve overall rig efficiency and save valuable time. The CPS-763 ultradeepwater cementing package was designed and built to exceed these extreme requirements. The 1,600-hhp [1,193-kW] unit has the capability to pump 24.4 bbl/min [3.8 m3/min] and can be used at working pressures up to 15,000 psi [103 MPa]. It is optionally equipped with a high-efficiency mixing package of dual SLURRY CHIEF cement mixing equipment units with averaging tanks capable of 22-bbl/min [3.5-m3/min] rates for lead slurries and 15-bbl/min [2-m3/min] rates for standard tail systems.
Two electrically driven 100-bbl [16-m3] batch mixers can be integrated for spacer or pill mixing isolated from contamination points. A high-rate, process-controlled, direct-injection liquid additive system provides the ability to meter up to six chemicals into the mix-water stream.
The CPS 977 cement pumping skid is designed for offshore high-pressure pumping services, delivering up to 2,000 hhp. A closed-loop seawater circuit cools the motors that power the unit. The skid features stainless steel displacement tanks, an adjustable choke valve, and a temporary replacement for mud pumping. It is compliant with Zone 2 hazardous area regulations and meets the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) certified drilling system (CDS) criteria.
The CPS 3000 cement pumping skid is a 3,450-hp unit capable of pumping 26 bbl/min at pressure up to 15,000 psi (18,000 psi with a high-pressure manifold). Two complete process control units handle data acquisition and control, providing redundancy and reliability for automated cement mixing, solids fraction monitoring, foam process control, and liquid additive system operation.
