Accurate, secure locking for wireline retrievable safety valve installation

Part of Peak Family flow control and well intervention tools, the FloSafe™ lock mandrel ensures accurate and secure installation of wireline retrievable safety valves (WRSVs), improving the safety and reliability of slickline well interventions. The lock mandrel’s innovative positive shear pin indicator ensures it is fully set, eliminating the risk of incorrect WRSVs installation. Additionally, the lock mandrel features a unique internal collet engagement mechanism that prevents the expander mandrel from opening, ensuring the WRSV remains securely seated during flowing conditions. 

Designed for maximum versatility, the mandrel is compatible with existing third-party nipple profiles and can be modified to fit a wide range of operational requirements.
