The Hi-Ex™ cement platform offers a high-expansion through-tubing zonal isolation solution that significantly improves well performance. With one-run, rigless deployment, this innovative cement platform enables you to set reliable, cost-effective cement plugs without the need for a workover. Now you can increase well production and efficiency while eliminating production deferral and workover costs.
The Hi-Ex cement platform can be deployed using standard slickline, digital slickline, or wireline. Its slim design allows it to pass through restrictions as narrow as 2.25 in and expand in casing up to 9 5/8 in. Once expanded, the tool provides full radial contact with borehole walls, minimizing the leakage of uncured plugging material and enhancing plug integrity.

High expansion, high performance
The Hi-Ex cement platform’s high-expansion anchors support a petal-based expandable platform, providing a secure base for cement deployment and isolation. Once set, cement slurry is dumped in consecutive runs on top of the expanded cement platform using a surface- or mechanically activated bailer.
Additionally, the Hi-Ex cement platform includes an optional built-in flow bypass that allows pressure equalization. This feature enables cement buildup for structural integrity when set in crossflow conditions, ensuring a robust and reliable plug.
