On short notice, an IOC leveraged integrated wireline technologies to install two temporary pressure barriers during construction of a deepwater injection well.

目标

In the final stages of constructing a deepwater injection well, an IOC needed to replace the drilling BOP with a vertical deepwater tree. This required the installation of two temporary pressure barriers. However, after the suspension valve failed to open hydraulically, the operator needed to find an alternate isolation method as quickly as possible.
